Individually Fragments
Collectively An Index.

Rooted in the belief that we can view our lives as a series of moments, defined by space and time. Not necessarily the loud, obvious spaces such as a wedding venue or a first home, but the quiet, fleeting moments in between: the doorstep of a first kiss, the café where you said a final goodbye.

Contemporary totems cast that index a life lived.

Each collection is organised through four non-linear volumes: Source, Bloom, Flux and Still.
A curatorial structure for a life - representing recurring states of human experience.

Collectors may identify with a single volume, or assemble fragments across all four. Some lives are defined by belonging, others by becoming.

The indexing is determined by the collector Curator of their own story.

Each fragment remains intentionally unfinished. Its final act belongs to the collector, titled in their own hand.

The Art of Craftsmanship

01 / Sketch_ Every sculpture begins as a hand-drawn study, distilling a building to its essential form while refining scale, proportion and detail, paired with a considered plinth or mount design.

02 / Model_ The drawing is translated into a precise three-dimensional model, refining proportion, detail and composition.

03 / Wax and Cast_ Using the lost-wax casting process, the sculpture is cast in aluminium before being carefully cleaned and finished by hand.

04 / Plinth / Frame_ A bespoke mineral-cast plinth/frame is created from a cast or scagliola skin providing a sculptural foundation that complements the work.

05 / Paint_ Multiple layers of automotive-grade paint are applied and polished to achieve Yarrow & Cloud's distinctive finish.

06 / Presentation_ The completed sculpture is assembled, authenticated and housed within a bespoke linen presentation box, crafted in Paris by highly skilled artisans.
